Inside the box
The purpose was to build the maximum areas allowed for the plot, thus, the design of this detached house, was developed inside the "box". The introduction of elements which grant dynamism and lightness to a shape as pure and crude as a box, is clearly visible in this project.
Simplicity and efficiency
The main facade reveals the pureness of the shapes in a simple geometric game, from which one of the volumes takes on the largest indoor height of the house, in order to attract attention to the lower floor.
