Restoring the Past, Shaping the Future

Set on a steeply sloped site descending from north to south, the project begins with a pre-existing structure located at the highest point of the terrain. Despite its degraded condition, the building retained clear heritage value — a defining element that guided the entire design approach.

The proposal preserves and rehabilitates most of the original construction, restoring its authentic character. The expansion extends towards the south, allowing for a reorganization of interior spaces and the integration of new living areas, always respecting the traditional layout and rural identity of the site.
An intervention that honours the original building while preparing it for a new chapter.

Architecture that Follows the Landscape and Celebrates Light

Adapting to the natural slope was a key priority: the construction unfolds without artificial steps or ramps, maintaining the terrain’s morphology and ensuring a harmonious integration into the agricultural landscape. Most of the land remains in its natural state, strengthening the connection between architecture and nature.

Facing south, the project incorporates a shading canopy and a pergola to control solar exposure and ensure thermal comfort. The new volumes — defined by varied heights and dynamic rooflines — bring a contemporary identity to the ensemble without losing its traditional roots.

An architecture that respects the land, follows the topography, and transforms natural light into a central design element.
